Hello everyone...tonight iam good but in a down mood. I need cloths so bad. Im tired of going out in public in such bad clothing. I worked for two years but then wrecked my car and lost my job because i didnt have a way back and forth. And i have 3 pair pants so wore out and maybe 4 tshirts now holey bad. Hi my name is Kira. I am not sure how this site works but i found it searching for things i needed help or advice on. I am having a hard time right now and I have just gotten out a abusive relationship. He did not allow me to care for my teeth as i wanted to and know i think they are all rotten or have all broken towards the back. and now when i try to eat it burns so much inside my gums and in my tooth. I do not have the money for a dentist at all. I did not even have the money for christmas for my daughter. Singlemomindesperateneed....We understand your pain this year.A lot of your type of request are being posted.Not that yours is any less or greater than the others.I need a Christmas miracle too.Here is a Suggestion for you Smart little boy.I wish their is somethng I or others will do for you....I can't.Should thing keep looking dismal and GOD I hope they don't...here is what you should do.Try to see if your son can understand the joy of giving of himself and understand that other girls and boys don't have things this year...some not even food to eat.When he does get things for christmas he'll understand just how more special it is to give than recieve...times are hard and I see there is nothing wrong with letting them grow up a little quicker and a lot more happier.

Hello everyone! I am a single mother to a very smart 3 yr old boy. He and I just recently moved into our own apartment from my mothers house where I had lived throught my pregnancy for help since his father had,been sent to prison for 4 yrs. It was my first child, but I managed rather well to make ends meet and everything taken care of including christmas and bills for myself and my mother for two years. Now, unfortunately this christmas has caught me at a disadvantage. Having moved recently its been slightly expensive moving, paying deposits, home supplies, and now here I find christmas around the corner and I havent been lucky enough to find myself a job yet. I have been working and takingcare of my family since I was old enough to work but things are looking pretty dismal in the job department especially with no car. All I want is for my son to wake up and see presents christmas morning. I would love nothing more than to do it myself, but I need a little help. I need a christmas angel, to give my son a true Christmas miracle!

hello i have never had ask for help for my grandkids/ But this year its really hard. my grandkids Mother was killed by there father in 2007. in Tayor mich. i have tryed my best to my sure they have wonderful Xmas. but i disable and can not work. Not asking for much just a little so they can have a Xmas. A boy And Girl he is 8, and she is 11.

I know exactly where you are coming from.My kids and I have to walk everywhere or try and borrow a car just so we can get groceries.When I left my alcoholic abusive husband of 8 years he warned me he would make my life even worse if I tried to leave and true to his word he took my car,had it towed so I lost my job,I can't work now because we don't have buses where I live and I'm barely existing living off of assistance from the state until I can figure out how I'm going to get a car.I can't support my 3 kids the way they deserve and the worst part of this all is when my ex took my car,he sold it(because he doesnt have a liscense due to DUIs)and put $1,000 in his pocket.All I'm trying to figure out right now is how I'm going to give my kids a christmas this year.I've been on here praying and hoping for help but with no luck.It's starting to look like my kids are going to wake up xmas morning to nothing.Anyways,I hope things take a positive turn for you and you get the help you and your children deserve.God bless!

everything was okay when we heard that our first child is going to be born. the doctor said that my wife can have a normal labor procedure, but when the day came and during the procedure the medical team found that the umbilical cord was strangling the baby to make matter worse his hearth beat are beginning to fade. in order to save him the medical team started to do a caesar operation.

the operation save him and we now have a beautiful baby boy.

for that i maxed out my credit card and acquired a more loan for the hospital bill. its been six months now and we are still struggling to pay the debt.

i am a single mom, babysit at my house because i take care of my mom, because she's in a vegetal state because she had three strokes, and so that's why. im not able to work outside my house, i have to pay my rent, my light, my phone, and my mom's medicine, that's why i'm asking for help so my kids can have a wonderful Christmas.

I'm not sure how to start this, but I'm writing this for a very close
friend of mine... my girlfriend.
She is in desperate need of oral surgery, and after 5 years of waiting,
has finally been seen by a specialist, who was good enough to give her a
surgery date for February. The problem is, MSI won't cover or aid her
medical costs, and in total her procedure will run her around $3900.00 (after
our private medical coverage).
She takes as many shifts as she can at her job, but barely scrapes in $300
clear every two weeks. Even combined with my income, we make less than $1800
a month. We have an infant son, and a home full of bills, so coming up with
that amount of money within a couple of months is slim to none, as anyone in
this position can relate to. We can manage to save some, but not near enough.

Her Story:

About 5 years ago, my girlfriend was in a bad relationship with someone she
had been with for quite some time. This person also had a hair-trigger temper,
and one night, lost that temper, and to complete fault of his own, he lost
control of the vehicle they were in, and crashed it. There was a handle going
across her side of the dash (safety handle), and when the vehicle rolled, her
mouth smashed onto that bar, breaking most of her teeth at the root. She had
gone to the hospital, and not much was done. She then wanted to go through
his vehicle insurance to get her teeth fixed, as she was a passenger, and
after many long fights, he wouldn't allow her to, as he didn't want his
deductible to go up. She finally got the nerve to leave him a couple years
later, but by that time, her dental situation had heightened, and she had no
means to have them cared for. (her money went to the bills, his needs, his
money went to what he wanted). It has only been very recently that she has
found a doctor to refer her to a specialist, as her family doctor would not,
and that she has been able to get a medical plan that included -some- dental
coverage.

She's pretty upset about this entire situation, and that she didn't have
enough of a back-bone to stand up for herself then, and she's worried that we
won't be able to cover the cost of the surgery (all 32 of her teeth have to be
surgically removed, and 21 soft tissue abcesses removed as well), and that
she won't be able to afford dentures. She's talked about cancelling the
appointment so she doesn't have to go through the embarassment of not having
the funds for it, or making that, having to go without teeth.
... she's only 28, and this has totally destroyed her self esteem.
Visually, you can see how uncomfortable she is meeting new people, even around
people she's known for years. She covers her mouth when she laughs, talks with
her face down and tries to hide her mouth as much as she can.
Physically,
she's always in pain. She has massive jaw and tissue infections around every 3
months or so, so bad, that she almost lost an eye last year, and was in and
out of the hospital for almost 2 weeks a few months ago, needing constant
care and IV antibiotics. She can't eat anything normally, and even things
like jell-o or soup, can cause her pain. She has to drink almost all
liquids through a straw, just to keep it off her teeth as much as possible.
All of her teeth have exposed roots, so even sucking in air hurts her.

Mentally,
she's a mess. She talks to me often about it, and her self-esteem is virtually
non-existent. I do my best to reassure her about herself, but some days,
there's just nothing I can say to help her feel better. She likes to put on a
strong front, but you can tell how bothered and upset she is by everything....

My Mission:

I hate seeing her in pain all the time, and I hate knowing how bad she feels.
Especially when there's nothing I can do to really help her.
My biggest wish would be to be able to give her the best thing I could ever
imagine for her this Christmas... I want to be able to give her her smile, her
happiness and her normal life back.

I don't like asking for help, usually, and she doesn't at all, so I'm doing
this without her knowledge, and anonymously, in the hope that there may be
some people out there who might decide to give up their coffee for a day,
or give up a dollar that they might spend on game credits, to give her a
helping hand with this.
Any amount that anyone could donate for her, even 50 cents, would be a bit
towards her total savings goal and I know she would appreciate it so much.

I will keep everyone informed on the savings progress and on her progress as
well.....

Im a mother of 5 going through a divorce and about to lose my home I've never asked for help before but this year it looks like there won't be any presents without a miracle.
